Successful Applicant. The name of the successful applicant will be posted and a copy sent to the Local President or designate.

Successful Applicant. The successful applicant for a posting will fill the vacancy as soon as is possible.

Successful Applicant. The successful applicant for a permanent full-time vacancy will fill the vacancy in accordance with the effective date listed on the posting, per Article 12.02, unless there are circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Employer. If there is no successful applicant the Employer may fill the job through other resources. (b) An Employee accepted for a job posting shall be placed in the job posted for at the earliest opportunity.

Successful Applicant. Within ten (10) working days, the Union shall be notified in writing of all appointments, hiring’s, layoffs, transfers, recalls and terminations of employment within the bargaining unit.

Successful Applicant. In awarding the position, the successful applicant shall be chosen on the basis of skill and ability. If skill and ability of the two leading candidates for the position are relatively equal, seniority will determine the successful candidate.

Should no employee pass the test, the minimum score will be reduced by 5% and the employee with the highest score shall be deemed the successful applicant. (b) Where no tests are required, and qualifications of the applicants are relatively equal, the senior employee shall be deemed the successful applicant. Qualifications shall include experience, education and work record with the Company. (c) All successful applicants shall be considered in the position on a trial basis for 90 days during which the employee may elect to return to his previous position or the employer may determine the employee is unsuitable for the position in which event the employee shall be reassigned to their prior position.
