Successful Applicant Sample Clauses

Successful Applicant. The successful applicant for a permanent or temporary full-time vacancy will fill the vacancy within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the employee was awarded the vacancy unless there are circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Employer.
Successful Applicant. The name of the successful applicant will be posted and a copy sent to the Local President or designate.

(c) All successful applicants shall be considered in the position on a trial basis for 90 days during which the employee may elect to return to his previous position or the employer may determine the employee is unsuitable for the position in which event the employee shall be reassigned to their prior position.
