Project Utilities definition

Project Utilities means all services, amenities and utilities, such as and amenities such as water supply, sewerage, storm water drainage, generator, electricity supply, lighting, air conditioning, landscaping, fountains, open parking, exhibition ground etc. which the Developer is required to construct and maintain on the Site, the Redevelopment Land and Station Development Land and “Commercial Development Project Utilities”, “Redevelopment Project Utilities” and “Station Development Project Utilities”, shall be construed accordingly;
Project Utilities shall include provision of infrastructure services such as internal roads, street lighting, sewerage, drainage, power supply, rain water harvesting, distribution of water supply, air-conditioning within Site and its linkages and connectivity with external utilities provided by respective governmental utilities at the Project boundary;
Project Utilities means all the amenities and facilities situated on the Residential Property, as described in Schedule-C;

Examples of Project Utilities in a sentence

  • For the sake of clarity it is provided that the Developer can obtain loan / financial assistance only after the Appointed Date, and further the Developer shall not have any right to create lien and/or Encumbrance, of any nature whatsoever, in respect of the other Assets, the Project Utilities and/or the Project Land or any part thereof.

  • Subject to the approval of the MOR and/ or Railway Administration (and any conditions specified by the MOR and/ or Railway Administration in its approval), the major maintenance and replacement of the Station Assets and Station Project Utilities in the Station Area shall be undertaken in accordance with the approved Maintenance and Replacement Plan.

  • The Developer shall not, at any time during the Term, assert any ownership rights and/or lease rights over the Project Land or the Assets and Project Utilities developed thereupon, and/ or any other interests in the Project Land (save and except the Lease Rights to the Commercial Development Assets as set out under the Agreement), and/or any built-up structures and all other assets erected on the Project Land and/or shops etc., in /at the Station.

  • Further the Maintenance and Replacement Plan shall also be consistent with the requirements of as built drawings and maintenance manuals, if any, supplied by Authority (for the Station Assets and Station Project Utilities in the Station Area.

  • Further, the Facility Manager shall, with effect from the SFMA Appointed Date, also pay all outgoings, cess, and other Taxes (including municipal Taxes), rates and other user charges whatsoever and all increases thereto, in respect of the Station Assets and Station Project Utilities.

  • Further, the Facility Manager shall undertake all measures required to be undertaken for separate metering of all such utilities and Station Project Utilities utilized by the Licensees.

  • The Facility Manager shall allow such Licensees to remain in occupation of their Sub-Licensed areas in the Station Area, subject to conditions as may be prescribed by the Authority, while vacating the others before transferring the Station Area, Station Assets and Station Project Utilities to Authority (and/ or its nominee).

  • The BSHB shall, within 15 (fifteen) days of the receipt of the Completion Date Notice shall issue a completion certificate on the basis of all certifications acquired by the Developer from other relevant governmental agency, permitting the Developer to commence utilization of the Assets and Project Utilities constructed upon the Site ("Completion Certificate") substantially in the form as set out in Schedule II.

  • Building Utilities Costs and/or Project Utilities Costs incurred and amounts payable by Tenant for the calendar year which is the subject of such Statement.


More Definitions of Project Utilities

Project Utilities shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.2(a) hereof. “Sales Tax” means, collectively, the City Sales Tax and the District Sales Tax.

Related to Project Utilities

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.
