Proposal Declaration Form definition

Proposal Declaration Form means the form to be included in the Commercial Proposal substantially as set out in PART C-FORM OF PROPOSAL, or as otherwise acceptable to the City.

More Definitions of Proposal Declaration Form

Proposal Declaration Form means a form substantially as set out in Appendix 5 [Proposal Declaration Form] or as otherwise acceptable to the RDN;
