Within three (3) Business Days of the Proxy Statement Clearance Date, the Company shall establish a record date for the Company Stockholders’ Meeting and shall commence mailing the definitive Proxy Statement to the Company’s stockholders.
The Company will cause the Proxy Statement to be mailed to its stockholders as promptly as reasonably practicable after the Proxy Statement Clearance Date.
