RATE CONTINUATION definition

RATE CONTINUATION means a continuation of LIBOR Loans having a particular Interest Period as LIBOR Loans having an Interest Period of the same duration pursuant to Section 3.1(h).
RATE CONTINUATION means, in respect of LIBOR Rate Loans having a particular Interest Period, a continuation of such LIBOR Rate Loans pursuant to Section 0 of this Agreement as LIBOR Rate Loans with an Interest Period of the same duration.
RATE CONTINUATION means a continuation of LIBORTerm SOFR Rate Loans having a particular Interest Period as LIBORTerm SOFR Rate Loans having an Interest Period of the same duration pursuant to Section 3.1(h). ​

More Definitions of RATE CONTINUATION

RATE CONTINUATION means, in respect of LIBOR Advances having a particular Interest Period, a continuation of such LIBOR Advances pursuant to Section 2.10 of this Agreement as LIBOR Advances with an Interest Period of the same duration.
RATE CONTINUATION means a continuation of a LIBOR Portion having a particular Interest Period as a LIBOR Portion having an Interest Period of the same duration pursuant to the provisions of Section 2(a) hereof.
RATE CONTINUATION means a continuation of a LIBOR Advance as a successive LIBOR Advance having a LIBOR Interest Period of the same duration.
RATE CONTINUATION means, at the conclusion of any given Interest Period, the election of a successive Interest Period of the same duration pursuant to Section 3.2.
RATE CONTINUATION. A continuation of a LIBOR Loan having a particular Interest Period as a LIBOR Loan having an Interest Period of the same duration pursuant to Section 2.1(B) hereof.

Related to RATE CONTINUATION

  • Conversion/Continuation Date means the effective date of a continuation or conversion, as the case may be, as set forth in the applicable Conversion/Continuation Notice.

  • Notice of Continuation means a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit D (or such other form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and containing the information required in such Exhibit) to be delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 2.8. evidencing the Borrower’s request for the Continuation of a LIBOR Loan.

  • Conversion/Continuation Notice is defined in Section 2.9.

  • Continuation Date means any date on which Borrower continues a LIBOR Advance into another Interest Period.

  • Notice of Continuation or Conversion has the meaning provided in Section 2.10(b).
