Dealer is a Portfolio Data Sending Entity and Counterparty is a Portfolio Data Receiving Entity.
The type of Property interest secured by the Land Trust under this Agreement (such as Fee Simple title or conservation agreement) is to be owned or held exclusively and entirely by the Land Trust, without joint ownership, dilution or any form of shared ownership or control, except that shared or joint ownership with a Receiving Entity is permitted.
