Recipient Data definition

Recipient Data means all data or information supplied by Recipient to Service Provider for processing or transmission in connection with the Services.
Recipient Data means all correspondence, communications, memos, e-mails, electronic or paper records, electronic or paper documents or other information, including but not limited to client databases, pricing, collections, and any other financial information, prepared or generated by any Provider with respect to any Recipient or its businesses during the term of this Agreement contained in such Provider’s data files or systems, any additions or modifications made thereto by Provider in the course of performing Services under this Agreement, and any output data resulting from the delivery of Services by Provider.

  • The Recipient Data is and shall remain the property of Recipient or its customers.

  • Unless furnished to Service Provider by Recipient, all media upon which Recipient Data is stored is and shall remain the property of Service Provider.

More Definitions of Recipient Data

Recipient Data refers to data in electronic form input or collected through the Service by or from Recipient.
Recipient Data means data (including any documents, materials or other information in any form) that is owned by or created on behalf of the Recipient or otherwise relates predominantly to the business of the Recipient, even if also used in the business of the Provider, and includes any enhancement, modification, derivative work, improvement or other change of or to the data but excludes Genworth’s Intellectual Property and Company’s Intellectual Property, as applicable, and any other data already in the possession or control of the Provider, except where ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Intellectual Property or Company’s Intellectual Property, as applicable, or such other data, was developed or otherwise in the possession or control of the Provider as a result of the Provider providing services that are the same as, or of the nature of, the Services to the Recipient before the date of this Agreement.
Recipient Data means all personal data in whatever form or medium which is (i) supplied, or in respect of which access is granted, to Provider (or any Sub-processor) whether by Recipient, Beneficiaries, or otherwise in connection with this Agreement, or (ii) produced or generated by or on behalf of Provider (or any Sub-processor) in connection with this Agreement.

Recipient Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(a).
Recipient Data will mean all Recipient Confidential Information entered in documentation, software or equipment by or on behalf of Recipient: i) that is data supporting or derived from the provision of Transition Services to Recipient end users or ii) relating to Recipient’s customers, dealers and vendors, and information derived from such information, including as stored in or processed through the equipment or software.
Recipient Data means all books, records, files, tapes, software data, documents, storage devices, media and other information (i) submitted to a Provider by or on behalf of any Recipient, and any of its Affiliates, successors or agents, or (ii) obtained, developed or produced by the Provider in connection with providing the Services or access to any Facilities to the extent such data or information is based on, summarizes or includes data and information of any Recipient, or any of its Affiliates, successors or agents, submitted to or obtained by the Provider in connection with such Services or access to such Facilities.
