  • Any payment owed by the Redeveloper under this section shall be due and payable at the time of closing.

  • This indemnity shall survive termination of this Agreement and shall be separate and independent of any other provision of this Agreement, but shall apply only with respect to Condemned Parcels actually conveyed to the Redeveloper by the City and the Agency.
