Reference Currency definition

Reference Currency means the currency specified as such in the applicable Final Terms.
Reference Currency or ’Reference Currencies’ means (according to the context) the primary investment currency of the share class against which the currency hedging transaction will be applied in order to reduce any exchange rate fluctuation with the Hedged Currency.
Reference Currency means the Reference Currency specified in the Table.

  • In such event, payments of the Reference Currency Equivalent of the relevant amounts due under the Notes or Coupons shall be made in accordance with Condition 5(a).

  • If the sum of the Credit Facilities on the basis of related Products, denominated in the equivalent of the Reference Currency, exceeds the Facility Limit, respectively the Sublimit, due to exchange rate fluctuations between the Multiproduct Facility Currencies, the Borrower shall repay, within 10 (ten) Business Days as of the date when the Facility Limit, respectively the Sublimit was exceeded, the amounts by which such value is exceeded.
