Reference Design definition

Reference Design means the Gerber files and other computer code provided to you by Atheros during the Term that provide a reference design for boards incorporating a Component.
Reference Design means the system level circuit board design, including […***…], developed by ST pursuant to this Agreement to demonstrate the functionality of the Products.

Reference Design means one or more hardware reference design files or design examples in source code or encrypted source code format (including simulation models (VHDL and Verilog HDL)), each designed to implement a specific logic function into an Intel Device. The Reference Design expressly excludes any MegaCore® Logic Functions and any design files provided under Intel's OpenCore and OpenCore Plus programs.
