All other Notes that are authenticated and delivered after the Refinancing Date for any other purpose under this Indenture shall be dated the date of their authentication.
By the Determination Date relating to the third Payment Date following the Refinancing Date, all funds in the Expense Reserve Account (after deducting any expenses paid on such Determination Date) will be deposited in the Collection Account as Interest Proceeds (or Principal Proceeds if directed by the Collateral Manager in its sole discretion) and the Expense Reserve Account will be closed.
The Issuer hereby directs the Trustee to deposit the amount specified in Section 3.1(k) to the Revolver Funding Account on the Refinancing Date.

The Officer’s certificate of the Issuer shall also state that, to the best of the signing Officer’s knowledge, all of the Issuer’s representations and warranties contained herein are true and correct as of the Refinancing Date.
