Regulatory Documentation definition

Regulatory Documentation means, with respect to the Compounds, all submissions to Regulatory Authorities in connection with the development of such Compounds, including all INDs and amendments thereto, NDAs and amendments thereto, drug master files, correspondence with regulatory agencies, periodic safety update reports, adverse event files, complaint files, inspection reports and manufacturing records, in each case together with all supporting documents (including documents that include Clinical Data).
Regulatory Documentation means all (a) applications (including all INDs and Drug Approval Applications), registrations, licenses, authorizations and approvals (including all Market Approvals), (b) correspondence and reports submitted to or received from Regulatory Authorities (including minutes and official contact reports relating to any communications with any Regulatory Authority) and all supporting documents with respect thereto, including all regulatory drug lists, advertising and promotion documents, Adverse Event files and complaint files and (c) Clinical Data and any other data contained in any of the foregoing, in each case ((a), (b) and (c)), relating to the Licensed Product.
Regulatory Documentation means all applications, registrations, licenses, authorizations and approvals, all correspondence submitted to or received from Regulatory Authorities (including minutes and official contact reports relating to any communications with any Regulatory Authority), all supporting documents and all clinical studies and tests, relating to any Licensed Product, and all data contained in any of the foregoing, including all advertising and promotion documents, adverse event files and complaint files, but excluding any and all Regulatory Approvals with respect to such Licensed Product.

  • To the extent Catalyst intends to amend any existing Regulatory Documentation in the Territory relating to the Manufacturing and supply of the Compound and the Product, Catalyst shall provide Santhera with reasonable advance notice of any suggested amendments and shall give Santhera the opportunity to review and comment upon any such proposed amendment.

  • Takeda may provide copies of certain Regulatory Documentation translated into English to the extent such translation exists and was created for ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s internal use.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the original copy of certain Regulatory Documentation for the Takeda Territory may be in a foreign language, such foreign language version shall govern with respect to such Regulatory Documentation.

Regulatory Documentation means all applications, registrations, licenses, authorizations and approvals, all correspondence submitted to or received from Regulatory Health Authorities (including minutes and official contact reports relating to any communications with any Regulatory Health Authority) and all supporting documents, including documentation arising in the course of all clinical studies and tests, in each case relating to any Program Compounds or Program Products, including all INDs, Regulatory Approvals, regulatory drug lists, advertising and promotion documents, adverse event files and complaint files.
