Reimbursement Documentation. Each Party agrees to cooperate in the process of seeking FEMA and State direct reimbursement for the services provided under this Agreement and to the extent applicable to the service shall cooperate in good faith to provide records satisfactory to the Federal and State government. Expending Funds: Each Party that performs services or furnishes aid pursuant to this Agreement shall do so with funds available from current revenues of the Party. No Party shall have any liability for the failure to expend funds to provide aid hereunder. Insurance: Each Party agrees to provide the minimal level of general liability insurance as required by State law. In the event of any cause of action or claim asserted against either Party, that Party will provide the other party timely notice of such claim, dispute, or notice, and shall at their own expense, faithfully and completely defend and protect themselves against any and all liabilities arising from the claim, cause of action, or notice.
Reimbursement Documentation. All reimbursements herein shall be based on submission of appropriate documentation.

  • In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and any Reimbursement Documentation or Loan Document, the provisions of this Agreement shall control.

Related to Reimbursement Documentation

  • Related Documentation means, with respect to Software, all materials, documentation (including control documentation utilized in connection with an audit), specifications, technical manuals, user manuals, flow diagrams, file descriptions and other written information that describes the function and use of such Software, but excluding source code.

  • Account Documentation means any and all Account information, credit applications, Cardholder Agreements and change in terms notices, Charge Transaction Data, charge slips, credit slips, payments, credit information and documents or forms of any type and in any media relating to the Program, excluding materials used for advertising or solicitations.

  • User Documentation means that documentation regarding the operation, guidelines and features and functionality of Clover Insights that is made available to you from time to time at the website, by internet link or otherwise. User Documentation may be modified from time to time by First Data or its third party provider(s).

  • Procurement Documents means the procurement documents attached hereto as Schedule F (if any);

  • Agreement Documents means the instructions to proponents, scope of service, addenda, response to the RFP, and the acceptance of proposal together with all subsequently negotiated agreements, written amendments, modifications, and supplements to such documents and all written authorizations signed by the administrator(s) amending, deleting, or adding to the contract.
