Relevant Utility definition

Relevant Utility bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 6.3;
Relevant Utility means an entity (whether publicly or privately owned) that provides, or intends to provide, water, sewerage, drainage, gas, electricity or other like services under the authority of any State legislation. Relevant Utility Infrastructure means any part of the supply, distribution or reticulation network owned, operated or controlled by a Relevant Utility, including poles, pipes, cables, wires, conduits and tunnels.

  • If the Company elects to purchase such electrical energy from the Relevant Utility, upon the Company’s request to BPDB, BPDB shall act as a facilitator so that the Facility receives from the Relevant Utility, at the relevant tariff and related costs then charged by such utility, reliable electrical supply at the Site at available capacity and voltage, for the Company to carry out the construction, testing and Commissioning of the Facility.
