Rental Charges definition

Rental Charges means the charges payable for renting the Vehicle from Us together with GST and any other taxes or levies which are all fully set out in the Rental Agreement.
Rental Charges means the fees, costs, amounts and charges payable under this Agreement, including as listed in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A, Rental Vehicle Agreement Part B and the Summary of Rental Conditions.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision set forth in the Contract Documents, performance by a Surety or Guarantor of any of the obligations of DB Contractor shall not relieve DB Contractor of any of its obligations hereunder, including the payment of Liquidated Damages, Key Personnel Change Fees, Lane Rental Charges, Noncompliance Charges or other deductions, damages or charges payable by DB Contractor under the Agreement.

  • DB Contractor shall reimburse TxDOT or pay TxDOT’s expenses made necessary thereby including any costs incurred by TxDOT for independent quality assurance and/or quality control with respect to such Work within ten days after DB Contractor’s receipt of invoices therefor (including, subject to the limitations in Section 17.5, any Lane Rental Charges for Lane Closures arising from or relating to such Work).


More Definitions of Rental Charges

Rental Charges means the monthly charge payable for the provision of the Service, as detailed in the Price List;
