Representative Entity definition

Representative Entity means any trade or labour union, employee representative body, works or staff council or other standing employees’ consultative committee or organisation;
Representative Entity means any company, partnership or LLC on any register administered by the Registrar of Companies together with the name and email address of a contact individual associated with such entity;
Representative Entity means: (a) the Governance Entity; (b) any person or persons appointed as agent for ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ under (c) any person (including any trust or trustees) acting for or on behalf of: (i) the iwi, or collective group, referred to inclause 1.2.1(a); and/or (ii) any one or more of the individuals referred to in clause1.2.1 (b); and/or (iii) any one or more of the hapu, groups, families or whanau referred to in clause 1.2.1(c).

  • Until such time as the BVHP Representative Entity is formed and independently operating, expenditures from the Community Benefits Fund shall be determined by the Agency Director following consultation with the CAC and the PAC as applicable.
