Residential Loading and Unloading Space definition

Residential Loading and Unloading Space means the one (1) space provided in accordance with Special Condition No.(25)(a)(i) of the Government Grant for the loading and unloading of goods vehicles in connection with the Residential Accommodation as shown and delineated on the Building Plans, and for the purposes of identification only shown coloured Green and is marked “L1” on the Ground Floor plan of the DMC Plans;
Residential Loading and Unloading Space means a loading and unloading bay or space designated for the use by the residents of the Residential Accommodation as required under Special Condition No.(26)(a)(i) of the Conditions, which form part of the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and which for the purposes of identification is shown coloured Green and marked “L1” on the Ground Floor plan certified as to accuracy by the Authorized Person and annexed hereto;

Related to Residential Loading and Unloading Space

  • Loading space means an off-street space or berth on the same lot or parcel with a building or use, or contiguous to a group of buildings or uses, for the temporary parking of a vehicle while loading or unloading persons, merchandise or materials, and which space or berth abuts on a street, alley or other appropriate means of access.

  • Loading Zone means a parking stall which is set aside for use by commercial vehicles if there is a sign referable to that stall marked ‘Loading Zone’;

  • Loading or unloading means the handling of property:

  • bicycle parking space – visitor means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.
