To be declared deliverable a generator or Class Year Transmission Project must only be deliverable, at its requested ▇▇▇▇ MW, throughout the Capacity Region in which the Project is interconnected or is interconnecting, or, if requesting External-to-ROS Deliverability Rights, throughout the Rest of State Capacity Region.
