Restated Note definition

Restated Note means the Restated Promissory Note, dated as of the Effective Date, executed by Borrower and Lender to evidence the Restated Loan.
Restated Note means the restated senior secured convertible note of the Corporation held by Strul on the Restatement Date, in the form attached as Schedule A;

Restated Note means that certain Second Consolidated Amended and Restated Secured Promissory Term Note dated as of May 26, 1994 in the principal amount of $3,000,000 from Borrower to Lender."
