In the event that there is any question as to leave sharing eligibility, entitlement or definition of terms, the language of the Revised Code of Washington is definitive.

The parties hereto acknowledge that under Title 41 of the Revised Code of Washington, the District is obligated to report to the Washington Department of Retirement Systems any retirees in its employ, including contractors and subcontractors and their workers, who retired from certain Washington State retirement systems.
Executed copies of this agreement shall be filed as required by Section 39.34.040 of the Revised Code of Washington prior to this agreement becoming effective.
In the event of the Data Breach, Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable state and federal statutory provisions, including but not limited to Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 19.255.010 and RCW 42.56.590.
