Routine Work definition

Routine Work means all work requirements described in these specifications included as part of the pay items listed for each contract area or areas added by change order.
Routine Work means work booked by the Company and assigned to the technician, as well as minor adjustments and repairs performed in the first two hours of routine service call, e.g., easing of keys, adjusting pedals, pitch raise, replacing strings, evening out voicing, etc.
Routine Work means the tasks defined in the Workscope.

  • To efficiently serve the needs of the residents of the community, work schedules will be determined by the Superintendent of Public Works: Routine Work Schedule - Monday thru Friday - 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Office Work Schedule - Monday thru Friday - 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM A lunch break of one-half hour will be taken between 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM.

  • If the Contractor has more than one disposal line available for the provision of the Services, it may be possible to continue with Daily Routine Work at the same time - this will only be possible if the disposal line used to process Category 1 or 2 Waste Materials is completely separate and bio secure, including separate dedicated entrances and exits to and from the Disposal Facility.


More Definitions of Routine Work

Routine Work means work for the purpose of repair, maintenance or upkeep but does not include any new construction or any alteration;
Routine Work means all scheduled Work as outlined in Appendix A, “Maintenance Procedures (MP)” and Appendix B “Roster of Routines.” All Routine Work shall be scheduled during Regular Working Hours.

Related to Routine Work

  • piece-work means any work the pay for which is estimated by the amount of work performed irrespective of the time occupied in its performance;

  • job work means any treatment or process undertaken by a person on goods belonging to another registered person and the expression “job worker” shall be construed accordingly;

  • drainage work means any watercourse and includes any land which is expected to provide flood storage capacity for any watercourse and any bank, wall, embankment or other structure, or any appliance, constructed or used for land drainage or flood defence;

  • Extra Work means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.
