Sample Calculation definition

Sample Calculation has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(b)(i) of this Agreement.
Sample Calculation means the sample calculation set forth as Schedule A to this Exhibit 4.3.
Sample Calculation means the sample calculation of Commercial Margin set forth on Exhibit B for fiscal year 2017.
