Scheduled Completion Date definition

Scheduled Completion Date shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 12.4.1; “Scope of the Project” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 2.1;

Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3; “Scheduled Construction Period” means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on Scheduled Completion Date; “Scope of the Project” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 2.1; “Section” means a part of the Project Highway; “Site” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 8.1; “Specifications and Standards” means the specifications and standards relating to the quality, quantity, capacity and other requirements for the Project Highway, as set forth in Schedule-D, and any modifications thereof, or additions thereto, as included in the design and engineering for the Project Highway submitted by the Contractor to, and expressly approved by, theAuthority; "Stage Payment Statement" shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 19.4; “Structures” means an elevated road or a flyover, as the case maybe; “Sub-contractor” means any person or persons to whom a part of the Works or the Maintenance has been subcontracted by the Contractor and the permitted legal successors in title to such person, but not an assignee to suchperson; “Suspension” shall have the meaning set forth in Article 22; “Specialised Work” means the work which requires expertise or particular skill/technique or an advanced level of knowledge in the specific field for undertaking the work as required in the Project. “Taking Over Certificate” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.10; “Taxes” means any Indian taxes including GST, excise duties, customs duties, value added tax, sales tax, local taxes, cess and any impost or surcharge of like nature (whether Central, State or local) on the goods, Materials, equipment and services incorporatedinandformingpartoftheProjectHighwaycharged,levied or imposed by any Contract AgreementPage 24 of 152 “Construction of Four Lane Panchgram Bypass from Design Chainage km 15+500 on NH-37 (Old NH-53) at Kalinagar Pt.-II Village to Design Chainage km 27+300 at crossing with NH-6 (Old NH-44) Near ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Pt.-I Village in the State of Assam on EPC Mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana in Economic Corridors (Project Length – 11.8 km)” (2nd Call) Feb 2023

Scheduled Completion Date or “SCD” has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(g);

Scheduled Completion Date has the meaning ascribed in Article 9 of this Contract.

Scheduled Completion Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Disbursement Agreement.

Scheduled Completion Date means, with respect to any Capital Expansion Project, the date indicated as the Borrower’s or any Subsidiary’s good faith estimate of the scheduled date of the completion of such Capital Expansion Project in the first Compliance Certificate delivered to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Sections 5.06(b) or 5.06(c) which includes the first calculation of pro forma EBITDA for such Capital Expansion Project.

Scheduled Completion Date means, with respect to any Specified Project, the date indicated as the Borrower’s good faith estimate of the scheduled date of the completion of such Specified Project in the first certificate delivered pursuant to Section 8.01(d) to the Administrative Agent that includes the first calculation of pro forma Specified Project Projected EBITDA for such Specified Project, which date may not be subsequently changed by the Borrower.
