Amounts standing to the credit of the Reserve Account may be used by the Service Agent for its own account, subject to re-crediting relevant amounts to the Collection Account if there is a shortfall in any amount payable to the Trustee on any Periodic Distribution Date or on the Scheduled Dissolution Date, as the case may be.
Unless previously redeemed, or purchased and cancelled, in full, as provided below, each Certificate shall be finally redeemed on the Scheduled Dissolution Date at its Dissolution Distribution Amount and the Trust shall be dissolved by the Trustee following the payment of all such amounts in full.
Dissolution Date The Dissolution Date shall be, as the case may be: (i) the Scheduled Dissolution Date; (ii) the Dissolution Event Redemption Date; (iii) the Early Tax Dissolution Date; (iv) any Change of Control Put Right Date; or (v) the Clean Up Call Right Dissolution Date.
Upon the payment of the Scheduled Dissolution Amount on the Final Scheduled Dissolution Date, the Certificates shall cease to represent interests in the Trust Assets and no further amounts will be payable in respect thereof and the Trustee shall have no further obligations in respect thereof.
In the case of (a), (b) and (d) above, the amounts payable by the Trustee on the due date for dissolution will be funded in a similar manner as for the payment of the Dissolution Distribution Amount on the Scheduled Dissolution Date.
