Scheduled Output definition

Scheduled Output means the designed capacity of the Project on a month to month basis as set forth in the Construction & Operating Plan.
Scheduled Output has the meaning set forth in EXHIBIT J.

Examples of Scheduled Output in a sentence

  • If the outage is extended, or its Scheduled Output is updated, the previous notification time shall be used in defining Benchmark Capacity.

  • Hourly Debit Value is based on the difference between Benchmark Capacity and Scheduled Output for the hour, unless this difference is less than Scheduled Output Deviation for the hour, in which case Hourly Debit Value shall be based on the deviation amount.

  • Hourly Credit Value is based on the difference between Benchmark Capacity and Production Output for the hour, or the difference between Benchmark Capacity and Scheduled Output for the hour, whichever difference is smaller.

Related to Scheduled Output

  • Scheduled Outage means the final outage plan as approved by the RPC as per the provisions of the Grid Code;

  • Unscheduled Outage means an interruption resulting in reduction of the Availability of the Element(s) / Project (as the case may be) that is not a result of a Scheduled Outage or a Force Majeure Event.

  • Scheduled Downtime means any System downtime occurring within a planned System maintenance window as communicated to Customer. NCR Voyix will provide Customer with reasonable prior notice of any Scheduled Downtime via e-mail or NCR Voyix’s Hosting Web Site. NCR Voyix will seek to minimize the impact of Scheduled Downtime or any unscheduled downtime to the Customer’s business operations. Whenever feasible, NCR Voyix will seek to limit Scheduled Downtime to no more than three hours in a calendar week.

  • Scheduled Uptime means the total minutes in the reporting month less the total minutes represented by the Scheduled Downtime.

  • Unscheduled Downtime means any time when any or all of the applications and Services provided by the Supplier to the Customer shall be unavailable to the Customer due to unexpected system failures other than Scheduled Downtime or the downtime is attributable to events not under the control of the Supplier.
