Scheduled Ship Date definition

Scheduled Ship Date means the date on which Seller shall cause delivery of the Products to the Delivery Point and tender the same to the Carrier, as set forth in an Order Acknowledgement provided by Seller pursuant to Section 2.1.3.
Scheduled Ship Date means the date on which Vivint shall cause delivery of Products ordered under a Purchase Order to the Delivery Point for tendering to the Carrier, as set forth in the applicable Delivery Schedule.
Scheduled Ship Date with respect to the applicable Switch or Upgraded Switch, has the meaning set forth in SECTION 2.1(D) hereof.

  • Vivint Solar may return, freight collect, all Products received prior to such date or in excess of the quantity specified in the applicable Purchase Order, or may, at its option, retain such Products with payment deferred until it would otherwise be due as though the Invoice was submitted on the original Scheduled Ship Date.

Scheduled Ship Date means the date as mutually agreed to by the parties, on which a Product ordered by Customer is scheduled to be shipped from Nortel Networks' facility or, in the case of Software which is downloaded, the date upon which such Software is scheduled to be downloaded.

Related to Scheduled Ship Date

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Scheduled Reference Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been a Reference Date.

  • Scheduled Settlement Date means a date on which a payment or delivery is to be made under Section 2(a)(i) with respect to a Transaction.

  • Scheduled Final Payment Date means, with respect to each Tranche of Securitization Bonds, the date when all interest and principal is scheduled to be paid with respect to that Tranche in accordance with the Expected Amortization Schedule, as specified in the Series Supplement.   • Scheduled operation time means the scheduled operating hours of the System for the month. All planned downtime on the system would be deducted from the total operation time for the month to give the scheduled operation time.
