SCHEDULED WORKING TIME definition

SCHEDULED WORKING TIME means a regularly scheduled working time assigned on the basis of seniority to each employee. Said schedule shall include the beginning and ending day of each workweek.

  • working time means any period during which the worker is working, at the employer’s disposal and carrying out his activity or duties, in accordance with national laws and/or practice;

  • Working Week means an average of 48 hours each week calculated over a 17-week reference period.

  • Consulting Period has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 14(f) hereof.
