Scheme Creditor definition

Scheme Creditor means a creditor or class of creditors of a cooperative to whom the scheme is to apply.
Scheme Creditor means each person who holds a Scheme Claim as at the Record Date.
Scheme Creditor. ’ means a creditor of the Company in respect of a Scheme Claim;

  • Nothing in this Deed shall prevent LFSL from settling any dispute with any Scheme Creditor or any Third Party in relation to any matter on such terms as it may deem appropriate.

  • No Scheme Creditor shall be entitled to rely on such an order, judgment, decision or award to prove a Scheme Claim and no Scheme Creditor shall have any right to enforce any such order, judgment, decision or award.

  • All costs associated with commencement or continuation of Proceedings in respect of the Third Party Proceedings shall be for the account of the Scheme Creditor only (including, for the avoidance of doubt, in respect of any amount paid to LFSL in accordance with Clause 7.5 below), and shall not be for the account of LFSL.

Scheme Creditor has the meaning given to it in the Explanatory Statement;
