Scheme Data definition

Scheme Data means any information in connection with the Scheme, any Scheme Facility, any potential Scheme Facility, the Scheme Guarantee, the Applicant, the Borrower or any Personal Guarantor, including without limitation any information or data on or connected to the Scheme Portal.
Scheme Data means any data, information or personal information accessible to the Operator (or any third parties who have access to such Scheme Data through the Operator) and which relates in any way to the Scheme or a Scheme Participant, and includes data stored or held on, or which transfers through, the IT Platform. Scheme Objectives mean the objects outlined in section 47A of the Act.
Scheme Data means all data and information in respect of the Scheme, including the Usage Data; “Scheme Fees” (a) the fee payable by the Scheme Operator to the Public Scheme Partner only for each Open Parking Bay in which the Public Scheme Partner houses a Charge Point (or a Scheme Operator’s Charge Point as the case may be), such fee to be calculated depending on the London zone (zone 1 - zone 9 as determined by Transport for London) and borough in which such Charge Point (or a Scheme Operator’s Charge Point as the case may be) is located, in accordance with Part A of Appendix 8; and

Examples of Scheme Data in a sentence

  • Cyber Essentials Scheme Data Sensitive and personal information and other relevant information as referred to in the Cyber Essentials Scheme.

  • The Operator acknowledges that Scheme Data is the sole and valuable property of the Principal and that any unauthorised disclosure, use or loss of it could give rise to damage to the Principal.

  • The Operator assigns to the Principal all Intellectual Property that the Operator would otherwise have in Scheme Data.

  • The Operator must not assert any lien or other right against or to Scheme Data or otherwise deal with Scheme Data.

  • Where the Supplier continues to Process Cyber Essentials Scheme Data during the Framework Period or the contract period of any Call Off Contract the Supplier shall deliver to the Authority evidence of renewal of a valid Cyber Essentials Scheme Basic Certificate or equivalent on each anniversary of the first applicable certificate obtained by the Supplier under Clause 20.

  • The Operator must: implement practices, processes and systems to sufficiently identify and protect or mitigate against the following events occurring in relation to all software and data held on the IT Platform (including Scheme Data): complete or partial loss; complete or partial corruption; malicious deletion; accidental deletion; unauthorised access, and provide all reasonable access required by Principal auditors to Operator hardware, software or any other system, process, procedures and records.

  • The Operator must notify the Principal immediately of any of the following, in such a way nominated by the Principal: identification of any unregistered or unapproved materials; environmental, health or safety incidents; any false or fraudulent claims made; and any unauthorised access to the IT Platform or Scheme Data.

  • Where the Supplier continues to Process Cyber Essentials Scheme Data during the Term or the period of the Contract the Supplier shall deliver to the University evidence of renewal of a valid Cyber Essentials Scheme Plus Certificate or Cyber Essential Scheme Plus certificate equivalent on each anniversary of the first applicable certificate obtained by the Supplier under Clause 23 (Cyber Essentials Scheme Condition).

  • The Recycler must not use the Scheme Data for any other purpose without the Principal's prior written consent.

  • The MRFO must not assert any lien or other right against or to Scheme Data or otherwise deal with Scheme Data.


More Definitions of Scheme Data

Scheme Data means any copy of data that has been created for the purpose of being shared under the Scheme (whether or not the data has yet been shared), ADSP-enhanced data of a project, and outputs of a project. However, outputs of a project which have exited the Scheme under clause 20E are no longer scheme data. The sharing, access and use of scheme data is protected and controlled under Chapter 2.
Scheme Data means all registers, minute books, records and other data and details relating to the Scheme and its Users, including details relating to benefits, Enrolled Users and Claims;

Related to Scheme Data

  • Scheme Circular means any circular to the shareholders of the Target to be issued by the Target setting out the proposals for any Scheme.

  • Scheme Rules means the applicable SEPA direct debit or credit transfer scheme rules of the European Payments Council as amended from time to time.

  • Scheme Document means this document including its Annexures, any addenda or corrigendum to this Scheme Document and/ or any other document issued pursuant hereto.

  • Scheme Documents means, collectively, (i) the Scheme Circular, (ii) the Press Release, (iii) the Scheme Resolutions and (iv) any other document issued by or on behalf of the Target to its shareholders in respect of the Scheme.

  • Scheme Manager means the individual who has been nominated by the Recipient to be the principal point of contact for the Authority in relation to the Grant Agreement and whose name is recorded in Annex C;
