If the ▇▇▇▇ Atlantic Designated Partner accepts the Second Arbitrator, then the ▇▇▇▇ Atlantic Group and the Vodafone Group shall be bound by the decision of such Second Arbitrator.
The additional arbitrators will be designated as Second Arbitrator and Third Arbitrator.

If the Respondent fails to timely give a valid notice of Second Arbitrator or Disputation, or if the Respondent gives notice of Acceptance of the Initial Resolution, then it may be implemented and acted upon by both parties hereto.
If a valid Second Arbitrator notice is timely given, the Second Arbitrator and the Initial Arbitrator shall meet and agree on a third arbitrator; if they do not or cannot within ten (10) days following the Response, then the Initiator, the Respondent and/or either Arbitrator may request to have the Maricopa County Superior Court name the third arbitrator.
A valid Response must be one of the following described below: (i) a Second Arbitrator; (ii) Disputation of the Initial Resolution; or (iii) Acceptance.
