Examples of Second Call Date in a sentence
On or after the Second Call Date and prior to the Maturity Date, the Debentures may be redeemed at the option of the Corporation at the Redemption Price, irrespective of the Current Market Price of the Common Shares, and, in addition thereto, at the time of redemption, the Corporation will pay to the holder accrued and unpaid interest on the terms and conditions described in the Indenture.
On or after the Second Call Date and prior to the Maturity Date, the Debentures may be redeemed at the Corporation’s sole option, in whole or in part, from time to time on notice as provided for in Section 4.3, at a Redemption Price equal to the principal amount of the Debentures, irrespective of the Current Market Price.
