Secure Messages definition

Secure Messages means electronic messages sent by you or an Authorised User to us and vice versa, via the Internet Banking Service, which are protected to prevent access to the confidential contents of such message by anyone who is not you, an Authorised User or us.
Secure Messages function provides a secure means of sending and receiving messages containing confidential report information between yourself and AUSTRAC.

  • We are not responsible for undelivered or incorrect notifications and/or Secure Messages for reasons that are outside our control.

  • You can send and receive Secure Messages through the Service, which may include attachments when necessary.

  • To withdraw your consent to receive notices and disclosures in electronic format, contact us at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇ or send us an email via your eBanking Secure Messages.

  • You can print agreements and disclosures yourself or you can request that we send a paper copy by contacting us at 877.254.9328 or sending us an email via your eBanking Secure Messages.

  • You (or an Authorized User) may add or delete (“change”) payment accounts by using the Secure Messages Link in Online Banking (or any other method acceptable to us) and providing the information we require.

  • We will provide notice of any material changes to the terms of this Agreement on or before the effective date of any such changes, either in a message delivered to you when you log into Online Banking, or in a message posted in the Secure Message Center that we provide you with notice of by sending a notice to your email address of record in the Service which asks you to check your Secure Messages for important information regarding the Service.

  • You can always send a message through the " Secure Messages " function of Internet Banking any time if you need to change the statement delivery method.

  • Secure Messages sent by e-mail or by using the Messages tab in the Online Service are not immediately reviewed by us.

  • Or, (2) you can submit your Error Notice online by visiting ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and sending us your details and the required information through the credit card Secure Messages system.

  • Text messaging means reading from or entering data into any handheld or other electronic device, including for the purpose of short message service texting, e-mailing, instant messaging, obtaining navigational information, or engaging in any other form of electronic data retrieval or electronic data communication. The term does not include glancing at or listening to a navigational device that is secured in a commercially designed holder affixed to the vehicle, provided that the destination and route are programmed into the device either before driving or while stopped in a location off the roadway where it is safe and legal to park.

"Exchange Service" or "Extended Area Service (EAS)/Local Traffic" means traffic that is originated and terminated within the Local Calling Area as determined by the Commission.
