Security Access Device definition

Security Access Device means the card or smart chip, which, through the use of a secure microprocessor, controls the ability of the OEM Product to access the Programming.
Security Access Device means a key, fob, swipe or other device used to gain access to something that is otherwise inaccessible.

  • All shipments will include a packing slip which lists items contained in the shipment by part number, descriptions (including the serial number and corresponding Security Access Device number for each OEM Product), quantity, and Purchase Order number.

  • Access Device means a card, plate, code, account number, per- sonal identification number, electronic serial number, mobile identi- fication number, or other telecommunications service, equipment, or instrument identifier or means of account access that alone or in conjunction with another device may be used to:
