Examples of Service Allocation in a sentence

  • The TSO shall be entitled to re-allocate Services to another Network User according to the Service Allocation Rules specified in the ACT – attachment B.

  • If the aforementioned Services have been suspended for more than one month with the application of article 16.2.4, the TSO shall be entitled to re-allocate all or part of the suspended Services to another Network User according to the Service Allocation Rules specified in the Access Code for Transmission.

  • Concerning these suspended Service(s), the TSO will be entitled to assign the relevant suspended Service(s) in whole or in part to another Network User using the Service Allocation Rules in the Access Code for Transmission, after having first notified the Network User one month in advance.

  • On each Payment Period Payment Date, in addition to the CAW Debt Service Allocation, CAW shall pay to the Project Escrow Account an amount (each such payment, a “CAW Reserve Fund Payment”) equal to the then applicable Reserve Percentage of the concurrently paid CAW Debt Service Allocation.

  • If, however, the costs of Decommissioning exceed the amount of funds in the Reserve Fund Payments Account, CAW and MCWD shall be responsible for paying all additional costs for Decommissioning pro rata based on the CAW Debt Service Allocation and the MCWD Proportional Share of Debt Service.

  • The TSO shall be entitled to re-allocate Services to another Grid User according to the Service Allocation Rules specified in the ACT – attachment B.

  • If Customer exceeds its Service Allocation during the Initial Term or any Renewal Term, thereby triggering the applicability of a higher Fee Tier, the Service Fees associated with the higher Fee Tier shall be retroactively applied to the entirety of the then current Initial Term or Renewal Term period and Provider shall invoice Customer for the shortfall between the originally selected Fee Tier and the newly instituted higher Fee Tier.

  • If either of these parameters are exceeded, then Viasat shall have no obligation to permit Customer to exceed its then-current Service Allocation.
