Service Element definition
Service Element means a funding stream to fund program or services including but not limited to foster care, 24-hour residential, case management, supported living, support services, crisis diversion services, in-home comprehensive services, or family support.
Service Element is the specific type of service performed within the more general service modalities. A list of the service modalities and service elements and service elements codes is incorporated into this Contract as Document 1H(a) “Service Code Descriptions”.
