Service Failure Points definition

Service Failure Points or "SFPs" has the meaning given to it in Part 4 of Schedule 3;
Service Failure Points has the meaning set out in paragraph 1.1 of Part 1
Service Failure Points means points accrued by ESCo pursuant to the provisions of Schedule 17 (Key Performance Indicators).

Examples of Service Failure Points in a sentence

  • Where, pursuant to Part 4 of Schedule 3 Service Failure Points have been allocated for the same trigger in three (3) consecutive months this shall be deemed to be a material breach which the Operator has been unable to remedy.

  • The number of Service Failure Points accumulated depends on the extent to which the Service Provider has failed to meet the Acceptable Service Level for each PI.

  • Y = the aggregate Service Failure Points accrued in a particular Month for all Performance Indicators, in accordance with this Schedule 5 (Service Level Agreement).

  • For each Performance Indicator there are three (3) bands of Service Failure Points.

  • Any failure by the Service Provider to do so for an item shall result in the performance for that item being deemed to be a failure to meet the Acceptable Service Levels which falls within "Band 3" for the relevant Performance Indicator(s) and the associated Service Failure Points in respect of that item shall be calculated in accordance with paragraph 2.9.

  • PI 26.10 Quality monitoring shall be carried out independently for each of the areas outlined in paragraphs PI 26.1 to PI 26.8. Any resulting Service Failure Points shall also be calculated and applied separately for each area, based on the total number of quality checks stipulated in each area.

  • If the Service Provider’s performance for a Performance Indicator falls within this Band, the number of Service Failure Points which accrue is calculated by multiplying the number of incidents or occurrences falling within Band 1 by the Band 1 Service Failure Points.

  • The Board may, by notice to Project Co, award Service Failure Points in respect of a Service in accordance with Section 1 of Part 14 of the Schedule (Service Requirements), depending on the performance of that Service in any month as measured in accordance with Part 14 of the Schedule (Service Requirements).

  • Before applying Service Failure Deductions the Parties shall discuss in good faith what steps, if any, the Service Provider took to avoid the accrual of Service Failure Points in accordance with the Business Continuity Plan.


More Definitions of Service Failure Points

Service Failure Points has the meaning ascribed in paragraph 2.1 of schedule 5 (Performance Management Regime Overview);

Related to Service Failure Points

  • Service Failure means an unplanned failure and interruption to the provision of the Goods and/or Services, reduction in the quality of the provision of the Goods and/or Services or event which could affect the provision of the Goods and/or Services in the future;

  • Critical Service Failure shall have the meaning given in paragraph 5.4 of the Order Form;

  • Service Level Failure means a failure to meet the Service Level Performance Measure in respect of a Service Level Performance Criterion;

  • Volume Failure means, with respect to a particular date of determination, the aggregate daily dollar trading volume (as reported on Bloomberg) of the Common Stock on the Principal Market on any Trading Day during the twenty (20) Trading Day period ending on the Trading Day immediately preceding such date of determination (such period, the “Volume Failure Measuring Period”), is less than $2,000,000.
