Service Level Arrangements definition

Service Level Arrangements the service level arrangements set out in the Statement of Work or as otherwise agreed in writing between the Parties.
Service Level Arrangements means the service level arrangements set out in Schedule 3.
Service Level Arrangements and “SLA” means the service level arrangements set out in Schedule 2.“Service Requirements” means the Client’s requirements for the DaaS Services as set out in the Client’s IPA.

More Definitions of Service Level Arrangements

Service Level Arrangements means the period of time, further to an Invocation, that the
Service Level Arrangements any service level arrangements set out in the Statement of Work. Services: means the provision of Managed Services, the Professional Services, NCE Subscription Services, Goods and/or Telephony and Internet Services including consulting, advisory, integration or technical services performed by the Supplier under a Statement of Work or otherwise agreed further to the signed written agreement between the Parties.
