Service Level Performance definition

Service Level Performance means the level of performance of the Operational Services, measured in terms of the Service Level Metrics for those Operational Services, in a particular time period; Service Provider Group means Service Provider and its Affiliates;
Service Level Performance means the performance of the P5G Service measured against the Availability Level for the relevant Measurement Period.
Service Level Performance means, in respect of each Service Level or Key Performance Indicator (KPI), the Service Provider's actual performance of the Services against such Service Level or KPI in the relevant Period;

Examples of Service Level Performance in a sentence

  • The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that any Service Credit is a price adjustment and not an estimate of the Loss that may be suffered by the Customer as a result of the Supplier’s failure to meet any Service Level Performance Measure.

  • The Supplier shall at all times during the Call Off Contract Period provide the Services to meet or exceed the Service Level Performance Measure for each Service Level Performance Criterion.

  • Populate the maximum number of the Service Level Performance Criteria in respect of which the weightings may be changed.

  • Subject to compliance by the Supplier with the foregoing requirements, if any Security Tests adversely affect the Supplier’s ability to deliver the Services so as to meet the Service Level Performance Measures, the Supplier shall be granted relief against any resultant under-performance for the period of the Security Tests.

  • If the Supplier demonstrates to the Customer's reasonable satisfaction that transition of the Goods and/or Services and provision of the Termination Assist during the Termination Assistance Period will have a material, unavoidable adverse effect on the Suppliers ability to meet one or more particular Service Level Performance Measure(s), the Parties shall vary the relevant Service Level Performance Measure(s) and/or the applicable Service Credits to take account of such adverse effect.

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.
