Service Marks definition

Service Marks means those proprietary marks registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and certain states, as well as all common law trademarks and service marks, trade names, logo types, insignias, designs and other commercial symbols that Franchisor now or hereafter is authorized to use and does use or authorizes others to use to identify the Franchised Business.
Service Marks means the names and marks set out in Exhibit A hereto. STATUTES or KPMG STATUTES means the Statutes of Association of KPMG International. SUBSIDIARY means any firm, division, practice, entity or operation which is wholly or dominantly owned, and/or managed and controlled by a Member Firm, and which therefore is not required to sign a separate License Agreement or Membership Agreement.
Service Marks means all service marks and certificates of registration of the Companies, together with the goodwill of the business associated with or symbolized by such marks and registrations, together with (i) all other tradenames, trademarks, service marks, corporate names, company names, business names, fictitious business names, trade styles, logos, other designs or sources or business identifiers or similar devices, all registrations with respect thereto, and all applications with respect to the foregoing, and all reissues, divisions, continuations, extensions, renewals, and continuations-in-part with respect to any of the foregoing, (ii) all of the goodwill of the business connected with and symbolized by such tradenames, Trademarks, service marks, corporate names, company styles, logos, other designs, or sources of business identifiers or similar devices, throughout the world, in each case whether now owned or hereafter created or acquired, and (iii) all rights associated with the foregoing, including license royalties, claims or rights against third parties for any past, present or future infringement of any mark, ▇▇ademark or similar device, and all corresponding rights, throughout the world.

More Definitions of Service Marks

Service Marks are those images, logo's, names, etc. that the Licensor has filed and registered with related government trademark offices.
Service Marks means the service marks, trademarks, graphics and copyrights that are set forth in Section 11.1(193) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule.

Service Marks or "Trademarks" means all existing and future Service Marks, Trademarks, applications for the same, and like grants in the Licensed Territory that (i) concern or relate to the Field (including but not limited to the Service Marks and Trademarks and applications therefor listed in Exhibit A hereto) and that (ii) as of the date of this Agreement or during its term as defined below are or become owned or controlled by Licensor or in which Licensor otherwise has or acquires the power to grant rights thereunder.
