Business Identifiers. Neither Party shall use the name, logos or trademarks of the other Party and/or its products or services, nor make any public announcements, comments hereupon or originate any announcements, comments or publicity or otherwise disclose any information relating to this Agreement to any third party except: 16.1 Obchodné údaje.
