Shared Objectives the objectives set out in Schedule 4 records the terms of their relationship with each other as shareholders in relation to BCPP and which regulates certain aspects of the affairs and their dealings with BCPP out at Schedule 1
Shared Objectives has the meaning given by clause 4.
