Signed Declaration definition

Signed Declaration means: a handwritten signed declaration declaring that the Resident (or business), household (Business) and vehicle registration details have not changed. A statement from the resident/business must be dated.
Signed Declaration means a statutory declaration made by the Member confirming that a second residence is maintained by the Member in Metropolitan Adelaide, including the address of that second residence.

Related to Signed Declaration
