Single Instance is defined as any single Microsoft SAP HANA on Azure Large Instance machine that is not deployed in an High Availability Pair. “Maximum Available Minutes” is the total accumulated minutes during an Applicable Period for all SAP HANA on Azure instances deployed in the same High Availability Pair. Maximum Available Minutes is measured from when two or more instances in the same High Availability Pair have both been started resultant from an action initiated by Customer to the time Customer has initiated an action that would result in stopping the instances.
