Site Coverage definition

Site Coverage means ratio expressed in percentage between the area covered by the ground floor of building and the area of the site;
Site Coverage means the total area covered by a building divided by the area of the lot on which it stands expressed as a percentage;
Site Coverage means that part of an allotment, which is covered by buildings, expressed as a percentage of the area of the allotment;

More Definitions of Site Coverage

Site Coverage means the percentage of the site area which is enclosed or covered by a building or buildings.
Site Coverage means the area of a lot covered by all buildings and other roofed structures including appurtenances at grade level which have solid and permanent roofs notwithstanding that one or more sides of the appurtenance is not enclosed;
Site Coverage means the percentage of the area of a lot which is occupied by any structure.
Site Coverage means the combined area of all buildings on a site, measured at the level of the lowest storey above grade, including all open or covered porches and verandas, but excluding open and enclosed terraces at grade, steps, cornices, eaves, and similar projections. Site Coverage means the total horizontal area of all buildings or structures on a Site which are located at or higher than 1.0 metre above Grade calculated by perpendicular projection onto a horizontal plane from one point located at an infinite distance above all buildings and structures on the Site. This calculation shall not include:
