Contractor shall take reasonable actions and precautions not to introduce any known viruses in any Software Deliverable.
The Department shall maintain the confidentiality of any such Licensed Software Deliverable consistent with its privileged nature, and shall not divulge the Deliverable or make it available to any third party, except as may be noted elsewhere in this Contract or as it may be required under the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act.
Where the contractor is providing multiple Custom Software Deliverables over the term of the Contract, the Notice Period shall begin to run after the Acceptance of the final Custom Software Deliverable under the Contract.
