Examples of Software Elements in a sentence

  • The Hardware and/or Software Elements include, but are not limited to applicable DSPs, processors (including but not limited to ARM), baseband, analog mixed signal and/or RF, or any combination thereof).

  • If alterations are made by the Client or a third party to the Client’s Design Elements and/or Software Elements, services including (but not limited to) search engine placements, software security, virus vulnerabilities, compatibility and operation may be affected and Kaleidoko cannot be held responsible.

  • In such instances, it will be the Client’s responsibility to ensure that all specific requirements are passed on to Kaleidoko before commencement of the Design Elements and/or Software Elements.

  • Licensee agrees to pay Licensor for any services performed by the Licensor for the set-up, troubleshooting, support or maintenance of any of the Hardware or Software Elements identified in Exhibit D on behalf of the Licensee.

  • Licensee shall insure that the minimal Hardware and Software Elements identified in Exhibit D attached hereto are in place and operational at the Authorized Location(s) prior to the Implementation commencement date set forth herein.

Related to Software Elements

  • System Software means machine-readable data and executable programs used to define the functionality of the HPS control system and standard hardware products, but does not include firmware, operating system, application software or other software products.

  • Software Error means a reproducible defect or combination thereof in the Software that results in a failure of the Software when used in accordance with the Documentation. Software Errors do not include those errors caused by (a) Licensee’s negligence, (b) any unauthorized modification or alteration Licensee makes to the Software, (c) data that does not conform to Licensor’s specified data format, (d) operator error, or (e) use not conforming to the Licensor’s supported technical environment specified in the Documentation.

  • Computer Hardware and Software means, with respect to any Debtor, all of such Debtor's rights (including rights as licensee and lessee) with respect to (i) computer and other electronic data processing hardware, including all integrated computer systems, central processing units, memory units, display terminals, printers, computer elements, card readers, tape drives, hard and soft disk drives, cables, electrical supply hardware, generators, power equalizers, accessories, peripheral devices and other related computer hardware; (ii) all software programs designed for use on the computers and electronic data processing hardware described in clause (i) above, including all operating system software, utilities and application programs in whatsoever form (source code and object code in magnetic tape, disk or hard copy format or any other listings whatsoever); (iii) any firmware associated with any of the foregoing; and (iv) any documentation for hardware, software and firmware described in clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) above, including flow charts, logic diagrams, manuals, specifications, training materials, charts and pseudo codes.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.
