Software Releases. EMC shall provide Software Releases as part of Product Maintenance. A Software Release does not include new Products. A Software Release is treated as Software and is covered by the license to the original Software.

Software Releases has the meaning ascribed to it in Exhibit A of this Agreement.

Software Releases means the Software program updates Trustwave makes generally available to all customers who purchase Maintenance, and which include any (i) Major Release, (ii) Minor Release, (iii) Maintenance Release or (iv) Hotfix Release generally made available by Trustwave during the term of such Maintenance. The term Software Release shall not include any product which Trustwave licenses separately and does not make generally available to its customers.

Examples of Software Releases in a sentence

All Software Releases (including all Error corrections made available pursuant to this Agreement) that RSA in its sole discretion: (a) deems to be logical improvements to the Software; (b) make generally available to all licensees of the Software; and (c) does not separately price or market.
During the term of this Agreement, COMPANY shall maintain the Software and Software Documentation, and shall provide SP, in object code form, with all software upgrades, improvements, revisions, bug fixes and error corrections ("New Software Releases"), and any relevant Software Documentation.
Software Releases shall be subject to the license terms applicable to Software.
SP further agrees to promptly notify End-User customers of New Software Releases, and to assist End-User with the acquisition and installation of the same.
During the Subscription Term, if You have paid the applicable fees and are in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, LINQ may provide automatic updates to the LINQ Product with Software Releases.

Software Releases means Maintenance Releases, Critical Maintenance Releases and Custom Releases.

Software Releases means any new version or upgrade of Software that is made generally available by TERAMIND at no separate or additional charge during the period in which the Software is covered by the applicable warranty, as more fully set forth herein. Software Releases shall not include separate modules.

Software Releases means the Major and Minor Releases made generally available from time to time by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Software Releases do not include Options, new products being added to a product line, or new functionality that is sold as a separate product. (i) Major Release: means any additional or replacement code for a Product that is made generally available from time to time by Sonatype that adds major new capabilities or functionality and that is designated by Sonatype, in its sole discretion, as a new Major Release of the Software, and generally designated by a change in version number to the left of the decimal.
