Specified Configuration definition

Specified Configuration has the meaning given to it in Section 2.
Specified Configuration means the computer hardware and software products specified in Attachment 1. Engage may change the Specified ------------ Configuration as required for operation of an Update by providing Licensee a revised Attachment 1. ------------
Specified Configuration means the software products specified in SCHEDULE G. Engage may change the Specified Configuration as required for operation of an Update. Any such change shall be set forth in the release notes accompanying an Update.

Examples of Specified Configuration in a sentence

  • Customer must provide CentralSquare with such facilities, equipment and support as are reasonably necessary for CentralSquare to perform its obligations under this Agreement, including remote access to the Specified Configuration.

  • Customer shall be responsible, at its expense, for procuring and maintaining the communications equipment and lines, computer equipment, software and all other out of pocket expenses, which comprise the Specified Configuration described on Schedule A, and for updating the Specified Configuration in accordance with SunGard's published updates to Schedule A.

  • SunGard shall have no liability under any provision of this Agreement with respect to any performance problem, claim of infringement or other matter to the extent attributable to any unauthorized or improper use or modification of the System, any unauthorized combination of the System with other software (other than software included in the Specified Configuration), or any breach of this Agreement by Customer.

  • If not yet completed, Client shall complete its procurement and installation of the Specified Configuration prior to the scheduled start of implementation.

  • Customer shall, at its expense, procure and maintain the computer hardware, systems software and other items required for use of, or access to, the Solution, including those described in the Order and Documentation (the “Specified Configuration”) and for updating the Specified Configuration in accordance with Superion’s published updates.

  • If not yet completed, Customer shall complete its procurement and installation of the Specified Configuration prior to the scheduled start of implementation.

  • Engage warrants that the Software, if operated on the -------- Specified Configuration will function in material conformity with the related Documentation for a period of ninety (90) days from shipment (the "Warranty Period").

  • Customer shall procure the Specified Configuration set forth in Annex 1 in accordance with Section 2 of the SST.

  • Customer must provide CentralSquare with such facilities, equipment and support as are reasonably necessary for CentralSquare to perform its obligations under this Amendment, including remote access to the Specified Configuration.

  • Client shall, at its expense, procure and maintain the computer hardware, systems software and other items required for use of, or access to, the Solution, including those described in the Order and Documentation (the “Specified Configuration”) and update the Specified Configuration in accordance with FIS’ published updates.

Specified Configuration means the equipment and programs with which Software is designed to operate as described in the Software Specifications or the Software Documentation, as the case may be; and

Related to Specified Configuration

  • Configuration means State-specific changes made to the Software without Source Code or structural data model changes occurring.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Maintenance Manual shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 10.7; “Maintenance Programme” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.3; “Maintenance Period” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause14.2;

  • Product Schedule means a product schedule documenting the specific terms and conditions applying to a Product as may be amended, updated or replaced from time to time (and includes any Electronic Platform Schedules);

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.
