Standards and Codes definition

Standards and Codes means the following, as applicable to each Product: UL 1741; UL 60950-1; EN 60950-1; CSA22.2 No. 60950-1; IEC 60950-1; IEEE1547, FCC Part 15 Class B; ANSI C12.1, C12.10, C12.20, C37.90.1; and any other similar standards and codes compliance with which is either mandatory under applicable Law or standard for such type of equipment based on industry standards as such were in place at the time the Product was delivered to Buyer at the Delivery Point in the Territory.
Standards and Codes means, collectively, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ 61730, IEC 61215, CEC, Class C Fire Rating and IEC labeled for application at up to 1000V maximum system voltage.
Standards and Codes means, collectively, all standards and codes applicable to the Services and the design, engineering, fabrication, installation and start-up of the PEM System.

  • In case Indian Standards for any particular equipment/ system/ process is not available, IEC/ IEEE or equivalent International Standards and Codes shall be followed.

Related to Standards and Codes

  • Codes and Standards means all the applicable codes and standards as indicated in the Specification.

  • Safety Standards means all laws, union rules and trade or industry custom or codes of any kind whatsoever, in effect from the date of this Agreement through Final Acceptance of the construction work, pertaining to worker safety and accident prevention applicable to the Project and/or the construction work (including, but not limited to, rules, regulations and standards adopted pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended from time to time).

  • Accessibility Standards means accessibility standards and specifications for Texas agency and institution of higher education websites and EIR set forth in 1 TAC Chapter 206 and/or Chapter 213.

  • Privacy Standards means the standards of the privacy of individually identifiable health information, as pursuant to HIPAA.
