Start of Service Date definition
Start of Service Date means the date CenturyLink notifies Customer that the Service is provisioned and ready for use, unless otherwise defined in the Service-specific sections of this Agreement.
Start of Service Date means the date Customer accepts the Service. Customer will have five days from CenturyLink’s ready notification to test the Service. Within the five-day timeframe, if (a) Customer neither informs CenturyLink about errors nor accepts the Service, or (b) the local circuit network ready order is closed (e.g. circuits are provisioned and ready for use, CPE is installed, Porting is scheduled and the on boarding of management is complete), Service is accepted, regardless of whether Customer placed traffic over the circuit, on-boarded applications, initiated Porting or completed training. Customer is responsible for scheduling the on-boarding of their applications and training within 30 days from Customer ready notification. If Customer informs CenturyLink of Service errors within the five-day timeframe, CenturyLink will promptly take necessary, reasonable action to correct the errors, and upon correction, notify Customer that Service is ready.
Start of Service Date means the date CenturyLink notifies Customer that the Service is provisioned and ready for use. “Term” means Initial Term and each Renewal Term.
Examples of Start of Service Date in a sentence
Syringa Networks will not be liable to Customer or others with respect to any: (a) delay in meeting a Service Request Date; or (b) inability to provide Service after the Start of Service Date, except to the extent set forth in this Agreement.
Non-recurring Charges are due and payable on the Start of Service Date or as otherwise billed by the Company.
The Initial Term of Service shall be as set forth in the Service Agreement and will begin on the Start of Service Date.
Subject to Section 8 below, the Service shall be provided as of its Start of Service Date and for the term specified in the SOF (“Initial Service Term”).
GTT may invoice Client for a non-recurring rate (“NRR”) charge for Services prior to the Start of Service Date.
More Definitions of Start of Service Date
Start of Service Date means the date upon which CenturyLink makes the applicable Service available for Customer’s use regardless of whether Customer is ready to actually begin using the Service or additional Customer equipment is to be installed.
Start of Service Date means the date Customer accepts the Service. Customer will have five days from CenturyLink’s ready notification to test the Service. Start of Service Date means the date five days after the date CenturyLink notifies Customer that Service is provisioned and ready for use.
Start of Service Date means the date CenturyLink notifies Customer that a Managed ESInet Bundle to be provided under this Agreement is provisioned and ready for use by Customer. The parties will document the Start of Service Date by the Customer issuing a “Certificate of Start of Service” in the form attached to this Agreement.
Start of Service Date is as defined in Subsection 4.1 of the MSA.
Start of Service Date means the date On-Net Service begins in Section 5.5.
